5800 Platform Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the 5800 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all provisions below. Effective date: 1 January 2026.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 5800 platform through the website, mobile app, or related services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to fully comply with these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 5800 platform.

These terms apply to all users of the platform, including visitors browsing content without a registered account and users with active accounts. Continued use after any amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

5800 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Change notifications will be provided through the platform. It is the user’s responsibility to review the terms regularly.

2. Account Registration & Security

To access all features of the 5800 platform, you must register a personal account. Each individual is allowed only one active account. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may lead to suspension or closure of all related accounts.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full name, valid contact details, and any requested identity verification documents. 5800 reserves the right to request proof of identity or supporting documents at any stage for account verification purposes.

You are fully responsible for keeping your account password confidential and not sharing it with anyone. Any activity conducted through your account is considered your own. If you suspect unauthorized access, please contact our support team immediately at [email protected].

Users must be at least 18 years old to register and use the 5800 platform. By registering, you confirm you meet this minimum age requirement.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

As a 5800 platform user, you agree to use the service only for lawful and responsible purposes. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary measures including permanent account closure:

  • Using automated software, bots, or any technical methods to manipulate games or platform systems
  • Collaborating with other users to gain unfair advantage (collusion)
  • Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification
  • Using another person’s account or allowing others to use your account
  • Engaging in any actions aimed at disrupting platform operations or negatively affecting other users’ experience
  • Transferring funds from illegal activities through the platform (money laundering)

5800 reserves the right to investigate any suspected violations of these rules and take appropriate actions, including reporting to authorities if necessary.

4. Payments, Transactions & Fund Policies

All transactions on the 5800 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). We do not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. Accepted deposit methods include TNG eWallet, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other local payment methods listed on the platform at any given time.

Deposits will be credited to your account once payment is confirmed. Processing times vary by method — TNG eWallet is usually instant, while bank transfers may take several hours. 5800 is not responsible for delays caused by third parties such as banks or e-wallet providers.

Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and fulfillment of related account requirements. 5800 reserves the right to suspend or withhold withdrawals while investigating any suspicious activity. Funds deposited for betting purposes cannot be transferred between users.

Any transactions suspected of involving fraud or money laundering will be reported to relevant authorities, and related funds may be frozen without prior notice.

5. Account Suspension, Closure & Liability Limits

5800 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if there is a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or actions harmful to the platform or other users. Users whose accounts are terminated for violations may be barred from registering again using the same or different information.

Users can also request voluntary account closure by contacting customer support. Any remaining valid balance in the account will be processed for refund according to platform procedures, subject to completed identity verification.

Limitation of Liability

The 5800 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 5800 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the platform, including service interruptions, technical errors, or data loss.

5800 does not guarantee that the platform will be available or error-free at all times. Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance may cause temporary downtime or limited access.

6. Intellectual Property, Third-Parties & Governing Law

Intellectual Property

All content on the 5800 platform — including logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, software, and brand names — are the intellectual property of 5800 or our licensors. You are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without written permission from 5800.

Third-Party Links and Services

The 5800 platform may use third-party services or integrations such as payment providers and game suppliers. 5800 is not responsible for the privacy policies, terms of service, or practices of these third parties. Users are encouraged to review third-party terms separately.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed and interpreted according to applicable laws. Any disputes arising from or related to the use of the 5800 platform will be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
